My attitude to children
I believe that the most essential element of teaching mathematics is to carry the beauty and the ease of the matter while with respect to individual student's learning speed. I believe in believing in each learner, the fact that each one holds the power to do and comprehend the maths presented to that person. I think that the intent of training is to supply each scholar with skill-sets and logical argument to perform and thrive in society. Therefore, I want to serve my scholars with respect as well as to be as encouraging as I can be in the learning process whilst provoking them to discover new ways of thinking and new ideas and laws. I will follow every single student's needs within reason of what exactly is possible and what solutions are available in the class. I will expect to spend as much or more effort and time invested in the school day as I expect from my students. I will admit that I have as much to discover yearly like my students, and I will be open enough to take commentary and open to new ways of training in an effort to extend to all of the learning styles.
My role in tutoring
I view my function at this stage as an authority figure, much equally their actual school teachers are, yet also as a supplementary provider of support and help. My position is that of a guide because I don't teach a full day of courses like my grand teacher does, hence I can be a resource the scholars can use to obtain additional assistance as well as can rely on for encouragement. My duty is also that of a student, so I see myself as an extension of my students, I am definitely learning through all of them what it means to be an excellent maths teacher.
My teaching methods
Contrary to plenty of tutoring institutions in the suburb of Officer, during the normal academic year, I actually work with the material which the student gains in his/her class. In other words, I won't demand that children do beyond worksheets and homework that are not actually component of the student's maths class, though instead, I prepare the scholar in parts of his/her mathematics course of study that can be actually challenging like clarity and depth of realisation, applying of topics, and test-taking strategies. Everything I do is related straightly to assisting the scholar to better realise the data from the maths lesson that she/he is getting and to improve the grade in that subject.
